The International Journal of Sociology of Agriculture and Food (IJSAF) is an official publication of the Research Committee on Sociology of Agriculture and Food (RC-40) of the International Sociological Association (ISA) and is published under the auspices of the School of City and Regional Planning, Cardiff University (UK) and the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters, Florida Atlantic University (USA).
The journal publishes theoretical and empirical articles in the general area of the sociology of agriculture and food. This includes the study of labour, production, market, policy, technology, and global and local change. Manuscripts are subject to external review before a final judgment on publication is made by the editors. The International Journal of Sociology of Agriculture and Food publishes original works.
